That's my life blood. I would probably live in a constant state of lethargy and depression if I didn't drink at least two cups a day, and everytime I try to quit I get these killer headaches. That said, it's surprising the kinds of things that can cause anxiety. I used to take melatonin drops to get to sleep. They worked but the next day I was always a twitchy nervous wreck. My doctor tells me that isn't typical, but it happens every time.
