I do indeed just "lock myself away" and that helps control my anxiety.<br />I feel anxious over how I will manage our finances, what if the car breaks again or the children need something. As you mention, it's usually about family issues and health, occasionally money. It's at least comforting to know I'm not alone. I like Tracey's solution about mindfulness.
