  1. I’m always thinking about the worst case scenario! It has become so tiresome that I can’t even have a good night’s rest because I keep thinking about bad things that can happen to me at work the next day! Whenever I start getting in my panic mode there is nothing that anyone can do to get me out. I need to calm myself down before others can approach me.

  2. I don't really think of myself as a negative person until I am near my sister. My sister always has a positive attitude and a care free attitude where I am more" Take the worries of the world" on kind of person.
    I find it extremely hard to stop thinking of the very thing that is making me anxious and that just creates more anxiety.
