  1. Great tips for keeping generalized anxiety disorder under control. I agree that exercise is a very effective solution. Even taking a 30 minute daily walk with a friend can make a big difference in attitude, weight, and even sleep patterns.

  2. Very good advice given. I certainly notice the difference if I have not been able to get to the gym, I'm like a tightly wound coil. I sometimes go just to get out of the house also and the change in scenery and the physical break from the family for an hour helps enormously.
